Who We Are

Zack and Vincent, are two friends that met during high school. Both were very business-minded individuals that couldn’t think about anything else but opening up a business together. One with Middle Eastern roots and the other with Southeastern Asian roots. So how did we decide to open a shawarma shop you may ask? Both had a passion for cooking and entrepreneurial achievements. The development of a renowned method for making traditional, authentic shawarma that combines various global cuisines with appealing real tastes to produce a dish that is both distinctive and delicious—the best of both worlds, you would say—was underway.
